CloudWalk Technology Visits Shanghai Film Academy to Explore New Paths for AI Film and Television Production
On the afternoon of September 9, Yao Zhiqiang, co-founder and vice president of CloudWalk Technology, and Xu Shiyu, general manager of AI Digital Film and Television, visited the Shanghai Film Academy of Shanghai University with their delegation.
The two sides exchanged views on topics including AI film and television creation, film and television agents, professional workflows, real project practice and talent development, jointly exploring new paths for integrating artificial intelligence technology with professional film and television production.
Before the discussion, the CloudWalk Technology delegation toured the academy's soundstage, cinema screening room and professional laboratories to learn about the academy's teaching and creative system in fields such as directing, cinematography, animation and post-production.
During the exchange, the two sides focused on the changes that artificial intelligence is bringing to film and television production methods. With the rapid development of large models, video generation and agent technologies, AI is gradually entering stages such as scriptwriting, storyboarding, art design, production and review, but professional film and television production still relies heavily on creative experience, aesthetic judgment and mature production processes.
Against this backdrop, CloudWalk Technology introduced its exploration in the field of AI content production.
Based on the Xingyun Agentic OS, CloudWalk is attempting to organize different AI roles into an AI content team capable of collaborative work, enabling agents for planning, screenwriting, directing, art design, production and review to execute collaboratively around the same content goal, while continuously accumulating professional experience and workflows in the process.
