A creator with a computer can now start a content business. Some make AI short dramas, some produce e-commerce content, and others create brand videos or build businesses around data collection and AI marketing. AI is giving rise to new one-person companies, or OPCs, and highly capable individual entrepreneurs.
They can make decisions quickly, operate with a lean structure and stay close to the market. But running the business brings practical questions: how to manage growing numbers of model accounts, calculate computing costs, choose production tools, find commercial projects and review content before publication.
If every entrepreneur has to solve these problems alone, routine infrastructure work can quickly consume their time. CloudWalk aims to establish these shared capabilities in advance, allowing OPCs to focus on creativity and business with an AI factory behind them.

CloudWalk's OPC service system is being built to address the growing complexity of using and managing AI tools. Yunqi Model Hub brings mainstream models together through unified APIs, keys and model orchestration, enabling OPCs to access text, image and video capabilities from one entry point while managing quotas and actual consumption. OPC community operators can also manage billing, quotas and revenue-sharing settlements.

Creators do not need to maintain numerous model accounts or repeatedly learn different vendors' interfaces. Models, computing resources and Tokens can increasingly be accessed as production resources when needed.
Once tools are connected, the next step is to give OPCs dependable production capacity. Kino, part of CloudWalk's ecosystem, is developing more systematic workflows for short dramas, animated dramas, e-commerce videos and branded content.

Scripts, characters, storyboards, image generation, voice and post-production can be handled in the same production environment. The platform also packages professional capabilities such as screenwriting, directing, art direction and storyboarding as AI agents, giving an individual creator access to a virtual production team.
Creators can devote more attention to topics, aesthetics and market judgment, while the AI production system handles repetitive work. This is where the AI factory can provide practical value.
As production becomes more efficient, commercialization raises another question: whether content is ready to be released. The Yanqing content review large model can be integrated into production to review scripts, storyboards and generated content, and support subsequent filing work.

For short dramas, e-commerce content and brand videos intended for public distribution, review can take place alongside production, reducing the risk of extensive rework after a project has been completed.
The developing OPC production environment connects three roles: Yunqi supplies AI capabilities, Kino supports content production, and Yanqing supports content safety and compliance review. Creators see one entry point, backed by models, computing resources, production tools and review systems.
Long-term business development also depends on orders and commercial opportunities. CloudWalk's planned OPC system is therefore extending into training and market services.

AIGC skills training can serve both beginners and experienced creators. During production, a project marketplace and matching services can connect creators with commercial content needs. Services for taking cultural content overseas can include multilingual adaptation, copyright transactions and overseas market connections.
Opportunities for OPCs are also expanding beyond AIGC content. AI e-commerce, AI marketing and embodied intelligence data collection may create additional businesses for individual entrepreneurs. CloudWalk's planned services already include data collection for fine hand manipulation and overall environmental perception in embodied intelligence.
Technology platforms provide production capacity; project and order systems connect it with market demand. Together, they can help OPCs build more sustainable businesses.

Many capabilities needed by OPCs function as shared infrastructure: computing resources, model services, content review, training and project marketplaces. Building them separately for every entrepreneur is costly; providing them together in a region can support new AI entrepreneurship communities.
Local governments can offer workspaces and industry scenarios, public platforms can provide computing resources and AI tools, and operators can organize training, projects and ecosystem partners. OPCs can then develop production capacity around local industries.
Regions with cultural resources can develop AIGC short dramas, animated dramas and digital content. Regions with cross-border business capabilities can explore AI e-commerce and overseas cultural markets. Regions with robotics and manufacturing strengths can develop data collection and related services for embodied intelligence.
CloudWalk has also developed cooperation models covering OPC creative spaces, joint applications for AI industry projects and platform operations. These bring computing resources, AI capabilities, media assets and content review into regional service platforms to support OPCs from production through commercialization.
Connecting individual entrepreneurs with local industries may become an important use of AI infrastructure. OPCs create new businesses; CloudWalk works to put enterprise AI capabilities behind them. An individual can then draw on an entire AI production system.
The centralized signing and groundbreaking ceremony of key projects for the first quarter of 2023 in Conghua District, Guangzhou was held grandly.
CloudWalk Technology and Shum Yip Capital recently completed a strategic investment in Xuanjia Technology, a Chinese AIGC audiovisual company, through the Ganzhou Shum Yip CloudWalk Intelligent Technology Equity Investment Fund, which they jointly established. Xuanjia Technology specializes in AI audiovisual content generation. It has developed the Kino-AIGC large model and the Kino Vision platform for AI short dramas, with applications in short dramas, culture and tourism, digital commerce, and government and enterprise services. Its Kino-AIGC model has completed the filing process for generative AI services and generated more than 100,000 minutes of AI video, reflecting a shift from technology demonstrations to content production at scale.
On the afternoon of September 9, Yao Zhiqiang, co-founder and vice president of CloudWalk Technology, and Xu Shiyu, general manager of AI Digital Film and Television, visited the Shanghai Film Academy of Shanghai University with their delegation.
