Two national standards that CloudWalk Technology helped draft, General technical requirements for artificial intelligence operating system (GB/Z 299—2026) and Permission management requirements for artificial intelligence operating system (GB/Z 300—2026), have been officially released.
From the Human-Machine Collaborative Operating System (CWOS) to the next-generation Xingyun Agentic OS, CloudWalk Technology has continued to advance core AI operating system technologies and actively contribute to the development of the national standards framework.

The two standards were jointly drafted by the China Electronics Standardization Institute and more than 60 organizations from industry, academia, research and application, including Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi, UnionTech, Kylinsoft and CloudWalk Technology. They set out requirements for general technologies and permission management respectively, providing standardized guidance for the development, application, collaborative operation and security management of AI operating systems.
CloudWalk Technology has accumulated extensive experience in AI operating systems. Its earlier Human-Machine Collaborative Operating System (CWOS) established a technical framework for human-machine collaboration across AI perception, cognition, decision-making and industry applications, with continued practical applications in finance, transportation and urban governance.
As large models and agent technologies have developed, CloudWalk has introduced Xingyun Agentic OS, extending the role of the operating system from human-machine interaction and collaborative decision-making to multi-agent collaboration and the operational management of AI teams.
Today, Xingyun works with Mofang Agent Lab to organize large models, agents, tools, industry knowledge and business processes. Together, they support task decomposition, multi-agent collaboration, permission management, process monitoring and outcome acceptance, exploring how AI can evolve from individual tools into professional teams that can operate, be managed and continue to grow. Applications are being advanced in AI content production, AI marketing, AI research and development, and corporate functions.
AI operating systems are becoming an important technological link between underlying model capabilities and higher-level agent applications. As AI increasingly enters enterprises’ core operations, reliable system operation, permission management, security and controllability are becoming more important.
The release of the two standards provides an important basis for technical specifications and security governance for AI operating systems. It also aligns with CloudWalk Technology’s ongoing work in AI infrastructure and agentic operating system technologies.
CloudWalk Technology will continue to build on its technical experience in human-machine collaboration, agentic operating systems and industry applications, actively contribute to the development of the national standards framework, and advance the safe, reliable deployment of AI operating systems at scale across more industries.
Open the cabinet, take out a drink, grab two bags of snacks, close the door and leave. For humans, this is an ordinary shopping trip. For machines, accurately answering "how many items were taken and what were they" still poses many challenges. Hands and body occluding products, similar packaging hard to distinguish, reflections from cabinet lights, fast and continuous grabbing actions, multiple items moving simultaneously... Users may also pick up an item to examine and then put it back. How can machines truly understand a complete transaction video?
On September 28, 2024, the "AI+, Unleashing New Value of Computing Power" Forum of xFusion at the 2024 China Computing Power Conference was successfully held in Zhengzhou. Chongqing Zhongke Cloudwalk Co., Ltd. and xFusion jointly released the Knowledge Butler AI Appliance at this forum, marking another major breakthrough in the integration of AI technology and computing power.
Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange held the third phase of the STAR Market New Quality Productive Forces Industry Salon, focusing on the field of artificial intelligence. It invited four representative AI companies: CloudWalk Technology, Kingsoft Office, Intellifusion, and Glarun Technology. CloudWalk Technology Chairman Zhou Xi attended and delivered a speech.
