On September 11, the Future Star OPC Community Ecosystem Development and Open Source Community Collaborative Co-creation Salon was held in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. The event focused on standards for one-person companies (OPCs), community operations, open source collaboration and ecosystem empowerment, attracting more than 50 OPC communities and entrepreneurship hubs from across the city. CloudWalk Technology was invited to participate and shared practical ideas on OPC communities and the digital and AI development of independent entrepreneurs.
At the event, the Chongqing Software Industry Association provided a systematic interpretation of two association standards, the "OPC Enterprise Identification Reference Guide" and the "OPC Community Development Evaluation Specification," further clarifying OPC enterprise identification standards and the community development evaluation system, and providing a standardized reference for the development of Chongqing's OPC innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Addressing how OPC communities can further enhance their digital and AI capabilities, CloudWalk Technology shared an AI service system for OPC communities and independent entrepreneurs across three dimensions: an intelligent foundation, a creative factory and a compliance defense line.
On the intelligent foundation side, model and Token services provide entrepreneurs with low-threshold, sustainably accessible AI capabilities; in content production, AIGC tools and AI production systems support the large-scale production of content such as graphics and video; and content security review and other capabilities integrate compliance assurance into the AI content production process.
For a one-person company (OPC), the value of these capabilities lies in enabling individual entrepreneurs to access AI production capabilities that were previously available mainly to professional teams and enterprise customers. Across business scenarios such as content creation, marketing operations and product development, AI is helping independent entrepreneurs connect models, tools and professional capabilities, further expanding the boundaries of what individuals can accomplish.
During the event, the Xingyun OPC Community shared its experience in community development and operations, and China Machinery Industry Instrumentation Group introduced collaborative co-creation practices between the instrumentation and control system open source community and the OPC community. Attendees also exchanged views on topics such as community operations, open source collaboration, technical services and connecting entrepreneurial resources.
A relevant official from the Software Division of the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission said that building the OPC innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is a systematic project that requires sustained, long-term efforts through collaboration among the government, the market and society. Next, the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission will continue to strengthen guidance and support for OPC enterprises and communities, setting direction through standards, gathering the ecosystem through communities, promoting transformation through scenarios and cultivating entities through services, jointly advancing the development of Chongqing's OPC innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
CloudWalk Technology is currently strengthening its AI service capabilities for enterprises and individual entrepreneurs around "AI infrastructure + AI agents." In the future, CloudWalk will combine Chongqing's OPC community development and real entrepreneurship scenarios to work with industry partners to explore new production methods for independent entrepreneurs in the AI era, providing more technical and service support for the development of Chongqing's software industry and digital economy.
Recently, the Publishing Data Ecosystem Developer Conference was held at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) in Beijing.
