Wuhan Computing Public Service Platform 3.0 recently went live. Representing the National Cybersecurity Base Intelligent Computing Center, CloudWalk signed an agreement to become a platform service provider. Drawing on the AI infrastructure and industry services it has established in Wuhan, the company will offer enterprises across the city services for large model training, AIGC applications and AI agents.

The platform is an important public service gateway for Wuhan's AI industry. Version 3.0 extends its services to model access, Token services and agent development, giving enterprises a more direct route to AI capabilities.

CloudWalk has established an AI infrastructure presence in Wuhan. In 2024, its Central China headquarters opened at the National Cybersecurity Talent and Innovation Base, where the company also participated in building an integrated large model training and inference center.
Building on this foundation, CloudWalk is developing a controlled training ground based on a trusted data space, providing a secure and controllable environment for training, testing and validating large models and AI agents.
CloudWalk is also working with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology to advance the industrial application of the national AIGC large model public service platform, turning models, computing resources and digital content capabilities into public services for industry.
The Yanqing content review large model, which completed its filing process this year, has also entered testing in government and enterprise scenarios in Wuhan.
Following the agreement, CloudWalk's model training and inference, controlled training and AIGC capabilities at the National Cybersecurity Base will become accessible to more enterprises through the city-level platform.
Businesses with needs in model training, content production and agent development can use the platform to connect with established services and lower the barriers to AI adoption.
From AI infrastructure at the National Cybersecurity Base to a city-wide public service gateway, CloudWalk continues to turn deployed technologies into shared capabilities supporting Wuhan's industrial adoption of AI.
On September 1, the 2022 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) officially opened. Based on the Human-Machine Collaborative Operating System CWOS, CloudWalk Technology focused on the theme "People, Vehicles, Roads, and Cities in the Era of Human-Machine Collaboration," painting a beautiful blueprint for the smart connected vehicle field under human-machine collaboration.
CloudWalk Technology and Shum Yip Capital recently completed a strategic investment in Xuanjia Technology, a Chinese AIGC audiovisual company, through the Ganzhou Shum Yip CloudWalk Intelligent Technology Equity Investment Fund, which they jointly established. Xuanjia Technology specializes in AI audiovisual content generation. It has developed the Kino-AIGC large model and the Kino Vision platform for AI short dramas, with applications in short dramas, culture and tourism, digital commerce, and government and enterprise services. Its Kino-AIGC model has completed the filing process for generative AI services and generated more than 100,000 minutes of AI video, reflecting a shift from technology demonstrations to content production at scale.
