Agricultural Bank of China is one of China's large listed banks with strong capital and comprehensive service functions, providing financial services to over 320 million individual customers and 2.6 million corporate customers worldwide. The Agricultural Bank of China Customer Service Center (Hefei) is a directly affiliated institution of the head office in Hefei, managed by the head office credit card center, and is one of the important channels for serving customers. Its main function is to provide 7x24 professional services to the bank's national credit card customers via phone, internet, email, fax, and letter. It has 3,500 telephone seats and over 4,000 employees in the entire park. To improve personnel entry security and passage efficiency, the customer service center decided to adopt face-scanning passage throughout the park, improving passage efficiency, reducing security personnel investment, and solving the drawbacks of traditional access cards such as card misuse and loss.
