Customer Introduction
To further implement the State Council's "Guidelines on Normalizing COVID-19 Prevention and Control" and the "Key Points for Health Management in Centralized Isolation Medical Observation Sites (Fourth Edition)" regarding the use of information technology in epidemic prevention and control, Nansha has built a precision control system for quarantine hotels.Based on the Human-Machine Collaborative Operating System (CWOS), CloudWalk Technology has built China's first AI-centric "Precision Control System for Quarantine Hotels" for Nansha, meeting the scenario requirements of "precision control, humanized epidemic prevention, and intelligent supervision."
Business Challenges: Focusing on [Quarantine Site] Scenario Issues
-
First, solving the cross-infection problem caused by quarantined individuals leaving without authorization, using integrated video, door magnets, and health data to accurately monitor unauthorized departures. -
Second, improving the compliance of staff protection, using video behavior recognition to conduct non-intrusive monitoring of violations such as mask removal in areas like the first disrobing room and buffer zone. -
Third, accelerating epidemiological investigation efficiency. Investigators can quickly communicate with multiple guests in real time via care terminals, and after the investigation, video files can be automatically transferred to the investigation system for subsequent analysis. -
Fourth, reducing the risk of accidental exposure due to excessive contact between medical staff and quarantined individuals, using care terminals in rooms to enable remote health checks, video investigations, and non-contact temperature measurement. -
Fifth, reducing the management lag of quarantine hotels for the government. Supervisory personnel can view the operation status of each quarantine hotel anytime via mobile phones, achieving a unified overview on one screen.
